  I like this course because it opens my eyes to technology. Whatever I am working I 

am able to use it in a very easy and interesting way. So, throughout this course, you 

are able to use technology everywhere throughout this experience that we are taking 

it now. As a teacher this course is very important to me it helps me to make many 

new activities and games that make my students interested, also this let my students 

engaged in using technology. Throughout technology, we use different applications to 

enhance the traditional ways of teaching and to keep students more engaged. Also, those 

applications that we are learning them, they save time and  let us work with the students 

that are struggling and having problems. Therefore, this course helps me to encourage 

more active participation in the learning process that it's hard to achieve through 

traditional lectures. However, choosing or selecting the best tools or technic for our 

the objective is very hard because not every nice application or tools can we use it, 

applications should suit our student's level and ability to accept it and use it. In spite of 

With the advantages of technology, technology has many disadvantages for students. 

Students will not read books and they will access un educational sites, so the teacher 

should be very careful in giving the students the safe sites that they should use it.

                     

Google docs :is a popular application technology with teachers and students, it is free. Google Docs includes an online word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation editor. Students and teachers can use these tools to collaborate on assignments, projects, newsletters, and blogs, among other things.

A Rubric: is an evaluation tool for certain learning objectives. A rubric is a great tool because it is a simple way to set a grading strategy for the assignments and projects of your students. Also, it is helpful for students to know how the marks are divided on his assignment.

Canva: is a simplified graphic design tool. Teachers can use it to present material to students in a visual manner, and students can use it to present concepts in an interesting way.

Freepik tool: is an application is a site that has graphic designs for graphic designers. It helps you to finds arts and illustrations. A teacher can use it to take a free vector or photos.

Google Drive application: is a free tool from Google that allows you to store files online and access them anywhere using the cloud. As a teacher, she can use it by saving the activities and materials for her classroom.

                                       
ActiveInspire application: is a very helpful tool that teachers can use it. ActiveInspire has many interesting tools that can be used for creating and delivering an interesting lesson.


Infograph: is a representation of information in a graphic format designed to make the data easily understandable in an interesting way. Teachers can use infograph in order to simplify the material in a clear way.





Kahoot application: is a tool for using technology to administer quizzes, discussions or surveys. It is a game-based classroom response system played by the whole class in real-time. Multiple-choice questions are projected on the screen. Students answer the questions with their smartphone, tablet or computer.




Google Forms: is used to create forms for data collection purposes. Students and teachers can use Google Forms to make surveys, quizzes, or event registration sheets. And the information gathered using the form is typically stored in a spreadsheet.
       
Webinar application: is an application is a presentation, lecture, workshop, lesson plan that is transmitted over the Web using video conferencing software.teacher can be used to let students attend something she wants.



Microsoft word: is a processing program that users can type with. Its purpose is to allow users to type and save documents. It is used easily. Teachers can create lecture script by using text, word art, shapes, colors, and images and videos.

Zoom: is a web-based conference tool that allows users to meet online with or without video. It is easily used. You can comment, record and share this video. Teachers can use it for online sessions.



Padlet: is a nice and easy application that can be used by anyone to display any information for any topic, it allows users to easily express their thoughts freely on a common topic, and you can read what others say.

Teachers can use Padlet to collaborate in collecting ideas, brainstorming. It is easy to use it inside classrooms. By using Padlet teachers ensure that all their students participate. Furthermore, Padlet's application allows students to be creative. Finally, it helps the low self-confidence student to participate.




A WebQuest: is a very interesting application for students and for everyone to use it. First, it is structured. Second, it's safe and direct. It is a very helpful application for teachers and easy to be created to encourage effective and structured use of the internet by students. And the teacher can let the students work individually and in group work. Finally, it's helpful for students that they can access it from their homes and anywhere.




Blog tool: is a tool for sharing thoughts and ideas with the world. They can be used for anything that involves communicating or publishing information on the World Wide Web. The teacher can use the blog for sharing information with the students and others.



Google Slides: is an online presentation tool that allows you to create and share slide presentations. Teachers can use it to present the lesson or anything for her students.

 

Webinar: Thee -Coaching Continuum: Digital-Age Professional Learning that Supports the Whole Educator in Reaching the Whole Child.

    Marcia Rock helps others in solving rare world problems in educational practice. She spoke about the rationale, framework, components, and application of the e -Coaching continuum. This meeting provides best practice in coaching for the professional development of step by step guide the four components of technology which are: First, studying theory and practice. Second, observing theory and practice to help to add new knowledge in your classroom. Third, one-on-one coaching to give teachers positive and negative feedback. Fourth, coach one another to solve common problems. Finally the e- Coaching continuum support and offer teachers and school managers with practices on how to use technology to improve students engaging and learning.

Reflection:

    The e -Coaching Continuum for Educators is helpful for all school staff. For a teacher it tells and helps her to put several strategies and instructions, so this will increase the student's achievement.

     This strategy provides information and solves problems, give advice by working together. So, by working together the teacher and the school's staff can solve many problems from the coaching expertise.

  On the other hand, e- Coaching Continuum helps teachers acquire tools and strategies for planning and engaging students. So, through the four connected components of e- Coaching, we develop and improve our selves and feed our students better.

   Finally, the e- Coaching continuum for Educators gives us as teachers the best practice in how to use today’s technologies to make sure our students are fully engaged, interested and learning.
